Refund policy

Jones Spapk and its fulfillment team want you to be absolutely happy with your order.

In the event you receive a damaged order, we will need to see images of the broken/frozen/ruined product in order to open a claim with our shipping carrier. We are happy to replace the damaged product.

In the event you receive the wrong product and are not into surprises, please send us an email and we can remedy the situation.

In the event your tracking says ‘delivered,’ you’ve done your happy-dance and your package is nowhere to be found – please send us an email so we can open a claim with our shipping carrier.

In the event you place an order, we ship it and you no longer want your product – please send us an email. We will ask you to return the product to us and refund your order upon receipt, minus the original shipping costs from UPS or USPS on the order. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.

In the event you place an order and immediately change your mind – no problem! We’re happy to refund your order if we haven’t shipped it out yet! If it’s a custom order, you have up until we print out your order to cancel and receive a full refund. If we have already printed, we will deduct the label cost from your refund.

If it’s been more then 60 days and you never received your order, we will not be able to issue a full refund. These will be handled on a case by case basis.
